I had an ambition to have a bright future through my hard work. During my high school years I was an "A" student who loved to learn and gain experience. Therefore I joined all INJAZ Bahrain programs back in 2005, the year of INJAZ foundation. These programs have had a major role in building my character and helped me start my project .Today I am an entrepreneur, I own a company called Royal Media specialized in designing & photography.

INJAZ Bahrain created a different studying environment for us as students, a really fun learning experience. It introduced and prepared me for the workforce, & how to develop my soft skills. I was mostly inspired by the mentor as she helped me choose my career path as a Civil Engineer which makes me so proud of where I've reached today

My name is hala almurbati , my story with injaz begins in 2011 when i entered university of bahrain .. as a fresh university student i was looking for somethings to participate in and improve my skills and abilities . Injaz was something that i wanted to try and have a part in it . I joined ripples of happiness and succeeded the first team in bahrain and the 3rd regionally . I had other experience with injaz in organizing conferences and teaching primary school students about ethics which gave me a good experience and ability to influence children into new things . Injaz gave me a great relations and contacts , gave me an experience in leading and ability to influence , also injaz is something really strong to add in the cv . i also entered the university of bahrain student council . Im a youth activist and a youth programs specialist (part time ) in the ministry of youth and sport affairs . Currently I'm looking for a job in something in really love which is Marketing and PR.

Im also a social media influencer @halaalmurbati my aim to influence youth into changing their life style by learning and participating in voluntary and social activities , also traveling and having fun .

INJAZ Bahrain was and still is one of the first stations that has triggered my journey towards excellence and creativity due to its' interactive program offering and the strong impact it creates in fascinating and energizing youth. I am deeply honored to be part of the squad and the Alumni association.

Since school days I thought that I'll have to have a business so I can manage it and head towards growth and success .With the help of the company program I was able to know the basic strategic techniques to start one and be an entrepreneur. I worked hard in the years followed towards making this dream a reality . It was a great start to know the challenges and the risks you'll get if you start your own business so you can avoid in real life, the Company program gave me the theory and the practical experience needed to face and overcome these obstacles. Having my volunteer, Mr. Muntheer Bucheeri supporting me through and after the program and believing in my abilities have changed my life as through him I landed my first project. I am proud to say that am the owner of two private owned companies - Caption Creative Production and Hadag magazine. I started this company and it's a website based... www.caption-me.com

I have had the privilege of being a member of the team that won Injaz Alarab best product at injaz Alarab company program, this program helped me further my skills and Implement the knowledge that I have acquired through my years of studying business and apply it to our business. It has been a very eye-opening experience and I am grateful for injaz Bahrain to give me this opportunity.

During the whole journey, I learned a lot of things. Being able to stand in front of a crowd and talking confidently was the main thing I earned throughout this journey. The best experience was representing Bahrain in Injaz AlArab and thanks to our mentors and trainers we were able to achieve "Product of the Year" award. Thank you Injaz for this amazing experience.

I would like to thank injaz for this opportunity, it was an unforgettable journey, im so glad to be part of it . I learned many things over this experience, to work passionately, get self-motivated, and most importantly learn how to work as a team. Engaging with many people around makes me see life in a different way, dream big and achieve high goals by having the support i need i can confidently say i achieved my goals and i aim for higher success in the future.

INJAZ Bahrain is one of the most powerful non-profit organizations that work towards empowering young people, so they become the leaders of tomorrow. The past 6 years of being with INJAZ Bahrain have been life changing, full of self-development and new achievements. Today I can say that I made the right decision by joining INJAZ as it prepared me to be a leader and an influential person. Currently, I am the President of INJAZ Bahrain Alumni Association for the second year in a row. I'm very glad to be given this opportunity and give back to INJAZ Bahrain. Moreover, I have been selected to represent the Kingdom of Bahrain in two global conferences where we met other alumni from all over the world and got to share and learn from their experience. Also, I'm honored and thankful to be awarded with the Alumni Leadership 2019 award. Receiving the award was one of the greatest achievements throughout my journey that I'm grateful for. Finally, I would like to thank the amazing board members for their continuous support and believing in INJAZ Bahrain. As well as, the INJAZ Bahrain team and volunteers for their endless effort in preparing our youth for a brighter future. I am Yusuf Al Isa, I am an INJAZer.

Being an entrepreneur and get knowledge from well-known successful entrepreneurs & mentors is an opportunity that doesn't occur many times in life. I felt lucky enough to be in this extraordinary program. I have reached a very high level in skills and self-development throughout this journey. I started the Company Program with my other colleagues but the major difference was after I finished it I become a different and better person. I learned a lot through this program, gained a wonderful experience, got the chance to work with different people and different mentalities. I would love to sum up by thanking INJAZ Bahrain for all the effort and opportunities they gave to empower the youth. At the end, I am so grateful to be part of this amazing society & looking forward to give back in the near future.
